Dispute Resolution
If a matter about workplace health and safety arises between yourself and an Employee, both parties must make reasonable attempts to resolve the matter through discussion.
If the matter remains unresolved after reasonable efforts have been made to achieve an effective resolution, either party may ask the regulator to appoint an inspector to attend the workplace to assist in resolving the issue.
